At Rheometer Spares, we do things a little differently…

Unlike most online shops, we do not take any payment details when you place an order. Instead, shipping costs are calculated separately and added to your order within 24 hours. Then, we contact you to directly to review your order and proceed to payment.

Why do you do this?

Rheometer Spares stock a specialised range of products that vary considerably in size, weight and volume. Depending on the size of your order, we can offer multiple delivery and freight options to you.

We work with all the major international courier services including FedEx, UPS, DHL and more. We choose the fastest, most cost-effective delivery service for your order. If you have a business account with an international courier service and would like to arrange your own shipping, please contact us after placing an order.

Placing An Order

To place an order, simply add your items to basket and head to the checkout page. There, you’ll add your billing and shipping address, if applicable. We do not ask for any payment details until we have added shipping costs to your order. Shipping costs are added separately. We will contact you directly with you updated order and details of how to place payment.

At the top of the page, use the drop-down menu to select your country. Currently, Rheometer Spares supports three currency zones: GBP, EUR and USD.

When an order is placed, you will receive an initial automated email confirmation. Once shipping has been added you will receive another email inviting you to proceed to payment. Once payment is taken, you will receive another automated email. This email is your receipt and order confirmation. Please keep this email for your records.

If you require a sales invoice for your order, please contact us.

All prices on Rheometer Spares are ex-VAT. If you are based in the UK, your order will be amended to include VAT prior to payment.

If you wish to amend any part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change any aspect of your order, including billing and shipping details, prior to despatch.

You can cancel your order at any point prior to despatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once you order has been despatched, you cannot cancel your order unless you are requesting a return. See our Returns section for more details.

Shipping And Delivery

We do not take payment details for any orders before calculating and confirming shipping costs. These are added on to your order separately within 24 hours of placing an order. We will then contact you directly with your updated order and details of how to place payment.

We ship to all countries and territories covered by the major international courier services.

Shipping costs are not calculated until after an order has been placed. Once we receive you order, we will source the best courier options for you and update your order to include shipping costs. We aim to do this within 24 hours of placing an order. No payment will be taken from you until shipping costs have been calculated. We will contact you directly with you updated order and details of how to place payment.

If you have a business account with an international courier service and would like to arrange your own shipping, please contact us after placing an order.

Once your order has been despatched, we will notify you and include tracking details for you to monitor the status of your order.

All orders are despatched from the UK. The customer is responsible for paying all associated local taxes and import duties.
